"मग आता काय करायचं ठरवलं आहेस?"
रामने नोकरीचा राजीनामा दिल्यावर मी त्याला विचारलं.
"बिझिनेस" राम म्हणाला.
मी विचारलं "पण इतकी चांगली नोकरी का सोडलीस तू?" उत्तरादाखल राम फक्त हसला.
"तुझी ग्रोथ झाली नाही का?" मी विचारलं.
राम परत हसला.
"नुसतं गालातल्या गालात हसतोस, म्हणजे नक्कीच तुझी ग्रोथ झाली नसेल, म्हणून तू जॉब सोडलास" मी पिच्छा पुरवला.
माझ्याकडे राम ने खूप आश्वासक नजरेने पाहिलं अन म्हणाला
"अरे, ज्या नोकरीने मला बिझिनेस करण्याची धमक दिली तिथं माझी ग्रोथ नाही झाली असं कसं म्हणू शकतोस?"
"चल पार्टी करू" राम माझ्या खांद्यावर हात टाकत म्हणाला.
"So what is next course of action?" I asked RaM when he resigned from his job.
RaM said 'I will get in to business."
I asked him "Why did you leave such a good company?" RaM simply laughed at my question.
"Did not you grow in your job?" I asked.
RaM smiled again.
"You are just smiling at my question. It shows that company did not offer you growth opportunities. That must be the reason, you left job. Is that right?" I perceived my mind.
RaM looked at me very promisingly and said to me "My company developed me and my mindset to venture in to business. How can you say that it did not give me opportunity to grow? I believe that was the biggest growth company offered me."
RaM had a point. I could not deny his invitation to go for party.
