Happy morning, and a warm welcome to the Mega Happy Minds. I am Rajesh Mandlik, a fresh Chrysalian, a new tag after my name and am also a very fresh Guiness world record holder. Otherwise, I am also known as Managing Director of Setco Spindles.
Today we are gathered here to listen to a business coach, a mentor and a great friend, Mr Manish Gupta, better and lovingly known as MG on importance of setting goals in life.
Indeed, it is an important activity which most of us miss only to struggle to find happiness. It is something like dribbling a ball without goal post on the ground. We fall, rise, dribble, get tired, sweating all the time. But my friends, have you pushed ball into the net. Simply playing a ball will give you joy for short while, but pushing a ball into the net will give you sense of accomplishment. And today we are going to set goals for our life as an individual, as a family. Believe me, once you achieve what you have decided then life becomes celebration.
We, at Chrysalis build the goal post every year. Last year in January, we decided to score few of them. Series of events were planned and we acted on each of them, relentlessly. Team Chrysalis and CEF members put their best of efforts to make it happen. It was perfect balance of work and living life with purpose. We hosted family marathon, blood donation camps, tree plantation camps and paint the wall. We celebrated the 19th annual day with great jallosh. Chrysalis has brought in meaningful difference in the lives of many through "The Game of business" the glitter in the arena of galaxy of entrepreneurs. "Life leadership program" is continuously transforming life of many people across different age groups and "Ehsaas" is rekindling love of married couples. CEF has arranged talks with business stalwarts and I think most rewarding event took place on 27th December 2016 in Koh Tao Thailand where MG Sir, CEF council and Team Chrysalis showed combination of professionalism, leadership qualities enabling common people like you and me to achieve highest feat of our lifetime of becoming Guiness world record holder by forming the longest humanchain under water, ending a year at new high.
