- I suggest to build up waiting halls outside station. Only passengers are to be allowed on platform. No guests are allowed on platform.
- Allow passengers on platform one hour before arrival of train.
- One side of the station for entry in station and other side for exiting. Construct pedestrian bridges separately for entry and exit. No two way bridge.
- Start using trolley system for carrying luggage in Railways. Make official system of porters. A passenger has to come to booth and prepay money of porters. Prepaid Porters.
- Start issuing tickets in grocery shops around stations. We do not want long queues for issuing tickets.
- Start building escalators on stations as quickly as possible.
- Start using chemical toilets in the train. Human waste should not be on rail track.
- Create a close loop system of recycling water bottles at the stations. Also install boilers for which fuel can be waste collected from trains. Use this hot water for different applications like canteen etc.
- Current booking is to be issued with allotted berth or seats. Those who do not have seat nos, know that they have to stand and travel. With real time computer system, this should be possible.
- Systematic management of traffic inside station including parking.
