Indigo

I was not keeping well because of stomachache on Sunday March 13, 2016, to the extent I was thinking of cancelling my scheduled trip to Chennai by 6E501 on 14/03/2016. Eventually I decided to go to Chennai only to know that my illness continued for next two days. I was loosing my energy as I could not eat any food. 

With this body condition I boarded with my colleague Aman on 15/03/2016 in 6E385 from Chennai to Pune. I went to sleep before flight took off, which is actually usual ritual. I got up in 45 minutes with dizziness in my head. All of a sudden I profusely started sweating. All things came to my mind which normally a man with two angioplasty would think. I started walking towards toilet thinking that I will fresh up my face using water. By the time I reached toilet, I lost all energy of my body and fainted near to toilet. Indigo staff came to my rescue with lime water and sugar. They also promptly announced if any Doctor is available on board. One Muslim doctor couple came forward who were actually acupuncture specialist. Indigo staff made me comfortable and brought me back to normal in next five minutes. 

I was so upset with overall body condition that I missed to thank staff while disembarking of flight in Pune at 11:55 pm. I thought conveying this to you and request you to pass on my sincere thanks to all the airhostesses who were kind enough to take a swift action to take me out of difficult situation. 

I am quite regular user and also advocate of Indigo in my friend circle and ask them to use it for their business and leisure travel. The 15th March incidence would simply affirmed my affinity and loyalty as a customer towards Indigo.
